This apartment on storied 10th Street, between 5th Ave and University Place, looks south from it's elegant pre-war 1 person balcony and down onto Greenwich Village. It’s the kind of space where you can wake up in it and think - WOW, I’m here. It is a fantasy studio apartment, I’m not sure how it is even on the market or how it exists, this is the great thing about NYC, you never know what you are going to find - I feel very lucky to be able to show it. I want to live here - for this kind of space it is by far, the best building, with the best view and the most compelling atmosphere I’ve seen - it’s not large (nor tiny), nevertheless it is spectacular.
